Problem accessing PPP

Posted by Cecile at Thursday, August 28, 2008 0 comments
Is it me or everybody that can't get in to the PPP? At 5:30 in the afternoon, I shut my Computer off because we will be attending my son's school orientation. The meeting start at 6pm and lasted for like two hours. Everything went well again just like with the meeting I have with my son's teacher this morning. Well after the meeting we decided to go to the mall for dinner since I didn't make a dinner; and after the dinner we stayed for half an hour at the vidoe arcade and played video game with our some. Got home at 9pm and opened my PC to check for opps, but for whatever reason I coudn't get in. I was trying to log in for like 3 hours but to no avail. I became frustrated, so I stopped trying instead I just dropped EC with my two blogs. I wasvery disappointed. It's 12:30am now, and I will try again for the last time before going to bed and hope to finally get in. Well see if I got lucky this time.

Well Maintained Golf Courses

Do you like playing golf, but don’t want to spend much? Then, don’t worry anymore. Public golf courses are as good as those private ones. They are well maintained, fairways are nice and grasses are very green, plus their prices are very affordable Go to public golf courses and be satisfied like those of the ones in Maryland Golf Courses. Most of them has complete amenities you can use when you’re done playing. I have been with one of them so I know what I am saying. Go and start enjoying playing golf now.

All went well...

Thank Goodness! Finally, the home visiting is over! Everything went well and Jake’s teacher was very nice and young. I am now not worried with my son going to Pre-K, for I know he will be in good hands. Jacob seems to like her already. I have signed up to volunteer also for this is what I always wanted to do. I love doing something nice without expecting something in return

A cousin of mine who lives in California has a business and one time when we were talking over the phone he mentioned to me about his growing business and said that he would need a merchant accounts for his business. He asked me whether I know someone or a website where he could get it done in no time without paying too much for the service. I told him that one time while surfing the net, I came across this website wherein they specializes with merchant services, particularly credit card processing. They have merchant advisor who is extremely helpful in getting the job done. He sounded surprise upon hearing such things from me. Then I said: you better go to their website and see for yourself that I was not kidding.

He went and was really surprised for all the great information he gathered from there. He said he will definitely use Merchant Advisor for his business credit card processing. It really is easy to get the job done when you use their merchant advisor. There a lot of benefits when using their services: let’s start with free merchant fee, means no service fee; you don’t have to sign a contract, which means you can cancel it anytime if you are not satisfied; credit card transactions is process the same day and funds will be in you checking account the next day; no set up fee now, never! No application fee, no annual fee for merchant account and more. If you are not yet satisfied go to their website and see if for your self, that they fast inexpensive credit card processing with no cost and no long term obligation on customers side. "If you need to accept credit cards for your business, we feel comfortable that if it's a matter of comparison shopping, you'll come back.... said by Merchant Advisor."

A Very Busy Week

Tomorrow, Jacob teacher at Pre-K is scheduled to do her "home visiting" here in our home. Any idea what this thing means? I don't, neither my husband. Anyway, I need to clean the entire house in case she will do some inspections whether our place is a best place to raise our son, make sure that he eats a well balance diet, a bilingual for I am speak my native language and I don't know what else she would do and ask. I just hope and pray that everything will goes well. This week is really a busy day for us. The next day will be the school orientation and is going to be held at night. The next day which is Friday would be an early doctor’s visit and Magnesium oxide infusion for me that will take a whole 7 hours of our time that day. No idea what would take place with this kind of process for my magnesium level is very low which is not good for me. I have been taking oral tablet, but for some reason, it is giving me diarrhea. What a bummer. Now I have to go through this whole new process.

Some people wanted to start a new business but they don’t have enough money or savings to do it. Putting or starting your own business requires a lot of money. Most of the time trying to get a loan for small business at the bank is not an easy task. For some reasons they get rejected or wouldn’t qualify to get a loan and I think that is very unfair especially when you know you can afford to pay it monthly. Reasons listed are bankruptcy, bad credit report, no credit report at all and so forth. merchant cash advance are experts in funding small business nationwide. In-laws vacation in Virginia and North Carolina

My in- laws are coming to visit us next month from New Mexico. I am very excited and at the same time worried because they are going to stay here together with my sister in-law for a week. My concern is that my sister in-law is a vegetarian and I am afraid that I will run out of vegetarian recipes to cook for her, plus my in-laws are not very in to asian foods. I guess I betther look online for more vegetarian recipes that every one can or will eat including my very picky four year old son.

Daddy's Home!

Have you seen the video about The Sproutwells? Yes, they are just your typical veggies and fruits family living among us and trying to fit into our world. As I was watching the two episodes over and over again, my son was also watching with me and was enjoying it as well. He really thinks that veggies and fruits can really talk. Anyway, tried explaining it to him but he constantly insisted that they can really talk like humans. I have seen the third episodes titled “Surprizing Chips" and I like it real well. The new character which was banana was the Daddy in the family and I like him because he was a supportive father in the family. This video is once again sponsored by freshfunds; the one and only message of this video is all about staying healthy by consuming more fruits and vegetables in our meals everyday. I would like to encourage you to watch the third episodes for you will like it as much as you like the last two episodes.

If I will bid and win, the only price I want is for the good health of my entire family. If you want to bid and win go to their website for more info.

ACTUAL AUSTRALIAN COURT DOCKET 12659 - CASE OF THE PREGNANT LADY
A lady about 8 months pregnant got on a bus. She noticed the man opposite her was smiling at her. She immediately moved to another seat. This time the smile turned into a grin, so she moved again. The man seemed more amused. When on the fourth move, she had the man arrested..The case came up in court. The judge asked the man (about 20 years old) what he had to say for himself. The man replied, 'well your Honor, it was like this: When the lady got on the bus, I couldn't help but notice her condition. She sat under a sweets sign that said, 'The Double Mint Twins are coming' and I grinned. Then she moved and sat under a sign that said, ' Logan's Liniment will reduce the swelling', and I had to smile. Then she placed herself under a deodorant sign that said, 'William's Big Stick Did the Trick,' and I could hardly contain myself. But, your Honor, when she moved the fourth time and sat under a sign that said, 'Goodyear Rubber could have prevented this accident'... I just lost it.'

Our New Camera

Posted by Cecile at Monday, August 25, 2008 4 comments
This is the camera we bought today at Wal-Mart. It is under $200 and yet has a lot of features that our old camera has to offer. We decided to buy a new one for I am getting sick of the old one because we need to replace the battery more often plus the little switch to turn the camera on and off is broken 'though it is still working. Anyway, this is very cheap compare with the old one. We like it so much because it is small and very light.

Mother's day out and swimming lessons...

Posted by Cecile at Friday, August 22, 2008 0 comments
Yesterday, we went to a nearby lake near our place; brought our picnic chairs and Jake's fishing pole. He likes to fish and swim, the weird thing is that once we got there, he didn't even want to go down the water. He wanted his Dad to carry him! He cried everytime we tried putting him to the water. It was good because we were the only people there and it was so quiet and cool. Anyway, after half an hour of not wanting to touch the water, he decided he wanted to go look and catch little fish swimming infront of him. Well, he did play and then it was time to go home, he didn't want to leave the place; oh my it was making us crazy! That night he was dreaming while I was at the computer blogging. He was saying about floating and swimming. My poor little guy. It seems like the swimming lessons he attended to for three weeks didn't do him any good. Man, what a waste of money! The school didn't do any good either, instead it messed up his reading and counting ability a bit behind because he has forgotten his ABC"s and 123. From then on, we learned to investigate daycare carefully so as not experience that again in case he needs after school later when he is a little bit older while we are at work.

Disney Bingo, a family game!

Posted by Cecile at Friday, August 22, 2008 0 comments
You wouldn’t believe how many video we have in out house! Before my husband and I got married he already has collections of Disney movies. He likes them. Then we got married and started watching them again, and also buying some more for our kids to be. We kind of memorized the movie now and so as our son. Anyway, these are my favorite characters: Mickey Mouse, Peter Pan, Cinderella, Pinocchio, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Winnie the Pooh, Lilo and Stitch, Bambi, and Tinkerbelle, Goofy, Little Mermaid, Tiger, Nemo and Roo.

Now, do you know that Disney created a new ScreenLife Game Disney Bingo DVD game? It is called Disney Bingo game. I like playing Bingo game and I tried playing it and I had so much fun! I can’t wait till I get the one I ordered online, for our family to play with! What I like most about this is that this video games teaches children about colors, numbers and matching skills with their favorite Disney characters. Itsn’t it great? It is exactly the games for kids ages 4 and up.If you are looking for games for the entire family, you have to have it. You will find them online at Amazon.com or Drugstore.com.

True love is...

Posted by Cecile at Friday, August 22, 2008 2 comments
Got this love tag from Michelle; thank you Chelle.
What does true love mean to you?
True love is a feeling of deep devotion, concern, and affection.
How do you know you’re really in love?

When you constantly thinking of him/her day in day out.
How many times in your life have you fallen in love?

Twice.
Have you ever fallen out of true love because you were mad at the moment?

Absolutely not!
Do you feel love and physical attraction is the same thing?

No, they are totally different.
If your true love became ill or disfigured would you continue to love them the same way?
Yes, through thick and thin.
Should anyone else be able to tell you who to love or not love?

No, it is the a choice only I can make because it is my life not somebody else’s.
Do you believe people that ended up divorced were ever truly in love?
No, because if they truly love each other they will stay together forever, and work things out together for the better. Divorce means selfishness. Selfishness is not love.
Would you do anything for love?
Yes will do anything for love except it is against God’s will.
If you truly love someone, do you feel it should be unconditional?

Yes, it should be, that is one real characteristcs of true love; loving unconditionally.

Now, I am passing it to: Sheng, Juliana, Maybel and Joy.

Jacob's turn to hit the ball and he was very excited! He is very cute in this picture.
Now, it hubby's turn and Jacob was on his way, to the next hole.
Here am I, very serious as if I know how to play golf :-)
Jacob always wanted to go closest to the hole so he won't miss it; he was cheating!
Good job, Honey! Let's do it again next time :-)

The difference...

Posted by Cecile at Thursday, August 21, 2008 0 comments
I got up early one morning
And rushed right into the day;
I had so much to accomplish
That I didn't have time to pray.

Problems just tumbled about me,
And heaver came each task.
"Why doesn't God help me?" I wondered.
He answered, "You didn't ask."

I wanted to see joy and beauty,
But the day toiled on, gray and bleak;
I wondered why God didn't show me.He said,
"But you didn't seek."

I tried to come into God's presence:
I used all my keys at the lock.
God gently and lovingly chided,
"My child, you didn't knock"

I woke up early this morning
And paused before entering the day;
I had so much to accomplish
That I had to take time to pray.

Burglary in the U.S.

Posted by Cecile at Tuesday, August 19, 2008 1 comments
It is predicted that 3 out of 4 U.S. homes will be burglarized in the next 20 years.
In 2006, there were an estimated 2,183,746 burglaries committed in the U.S.
The average value of property stolen in a burglary is $1,800.
More than 60 percent of burglaries occur during the daytime.
In 2006, burglaries cost victims an estimated $4 billion in lost property.
Amateur burglars make up 70 percent of home intruders.
About 30 percent of private homes have security systems.
Homes without security systems are two to three times more likely to be broken into.
Most burglaries occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., when no one is likely to be at home.
Most burglars gain entry to a home through the front door, often because it has been left unlocked.
Homes in the middle of a block are much more likely to be burglarized than corner homes.

I like this cowboy child costume because this is my son’s favorites; every year he wears cowboy costume for Halloween and none else. I don’t know why? Maybe it is because he was born in Texas. For two years in a row, he has been wearing the same costumes. And now, I think it's time for me to buy a new one for him and this is what I pick for him.

The clown costume is for my husband. He likes it; I don’t know why? He is not even a funny guy at all. He is a serious one who watches a lot of comedy shows and movies; now, that made sense, I think. It is really hard having two blogs; visiting and dropping EC can be quite time consuming but I am trying my best to visit and drop EC as much as I could. I hope you guys will understand me. Between chores, taking care of my toddler and blogs it isn't easy. I am very impressed with most of you guys, who have hands full than I do. How do you do that? Anyway, I admire you all for doing a great job at home, with kids, blogs and even work. It is very inspiring. Thank you all for your friendship, patience, kindness and support by visiting my blogs everyday. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Buy.com coupons, saves you a lot!

Like some people, when I go grocery shopping, I just pick groceries that are on my lists without looking at the prices or even comparing the prices with the other brands. All I know is that they are already cheap. Maybe it is because from where I came from, prices of everything are very affordable or cheap and we don’t even needdiscount coupons. I didn’t know how helpful it is to use coupon when you go grocery shopping or even shopping at the mall till my friends told me that you will really save a lot if you used coupons. Now, that the country’s economy is a getting weak, it really helps me a lot. I can even use coupons when we eat at the restaurant. They are easy to find; one greater thing about coupon is that you can find them online. Buy.com coupon is one with the most coupon available for the consumers. I am so glad I found this site. It is a big help for us especially where we live now; prices of almost everything here is very high compared to place where we used to live.
If you haven’t use coupons before like I did, I would recommend using them now for it will save you a lot of money. Grab one at the grocery store, malls or restaurants or even better go to Buy.com coupon
And you will be surprised how much you will save by using their free online coupons or coupons codes

The Sproutwells

Posted by Cecile at Monday, August 18, 2008 0 comments

Green is one of my favorite colors and it reminds me of vegetables and fruits like the sproutwells and how important it is for all to eat vegetables for it is good for our health. Anyway, my favorite character in this video was Ruby, who likes animal especially the dog named Phyto. What I like about this is when Ruby held Phyto in her arms and he stated dreaming about her being a Hollywood star and when her mother agreed to keep the dog and take care instead of taking it back to SPCA. The funny thing was when Phyto peed on Rosie’s feet and she got mad.

There are days that you feel bored, just watch the video and it will surely make your day happy. it is from the freshfunds.com; you can even share it with you family and friends. In the next package, there is a mystery to be unfolded just watch the video to find out.

Excuse Me!

Whether you are single or not, teenager or young adult, flirting happens all the time. It can be annoying sometimes and sometimes it is welcoming. Unfortunately, it happened with me one when I was at a school cafeteria eating lunch by myself. There was this guy who approached me and said: “excuse me”, may I sit with you?” there is no available chair table and chair here except this one. It made me upset, I can see that there still lot of them available. That was the worst excuse I have ever heard. I was like “hello! Do I have a Victory Hair?

If you haven’t heard about Ultimate Flirting Championship from Extreme Style by VO5; then it is time for you to play their game. No money involve, all you have to do is register and play and you can be sure after playing the game, nobody will say worst or annoying line with you again, ever!

The Famous, Virginia Beach...

Posted by Cecile at Saturday, August 16, 2008 2 comments
We went for a weekends getaway yesterday at Virginia Beach, VA. It was so nice in there; we just waded and walked along the beach. After that went grocery shopping for filipino foods and afterwards ate dinner at a nearby Filipino restaurant. The foods were so cheap and very yummy! I can't wait to go back there again and meet more filipinos who are very nice and friendly.

Here, Jake and Daddy were enjoying the walk at the beach and then, here he is, enjoying the view of Daddy washing feet.
It is our routine schedule every other wekends to go somewhere and enjoy ourselves, see nice places, lakes, state parks, camping and going to the beach. We were at the Ocean View here.

These are the crabs we bought fresh at Filipino store and it was so cheap! Just $16.99 for 18 pieces, wasn't it a deal or what?

Cartier

Posted by Cecile at Friday, August 15, 2008 1 comments
I love to shop and that is one of my weaknesses. If I am not home, you will me find either at the shopping mall or grocery stores. I like clothes, shoes, perfumes, purses and jewelries. I don’t know why but love name branded products especially watches. I have a few collections of watches which my husband and I bought at clearance sale at the mall. One time, I was surfing the net and came across this website: thewatchery.com. I found out that they were having a super sale with the name branded watches. I get excited and found myself ordering Cartier online without even consulting my husband first. Why? Because I don’t want to pass the chance of getting my dream watch. They have huge selections of luxury watches and I finally found the one I was dreaming for a long time. You can’t imagine how very low the prices are. Right now, they are offering most luxury watches free with almost all purchasesor 80% for any additional watch.

If you are still looking for your dream watch, then you got to check them out; and you will be surprise how inexpensive they are! They carry luxury watches like: Movado, Movado, Cartier, Corum and Ebel to name a few. I am very sure you will find what you are looking for. I did, and am very satisfied.

Poem for Mothers and Mothers to be!

Posted by Cecile at Thursday, August 14, 2008 1 comments
MOTHERS ARE THE SWEETEST.

Our mother is the sweetest and
Most delicate of all.
She knows more of paradise,
Than angels can recall.

She's not only beautiful,
But passionately young.
Playful as a kid, yet wise,
As one who has lived long.

Her love is like the rush of life,
A bubbling, laughing spring
That runs through all like liquid light,
And makes the mountains sing.

And makes the meadows turn to flower
And trees to choicest fruit.
She is at once the field and bower
In which our hearts take root.

She is at once the sea and shore,
Our freedom and our past.
With her we launch our daring ships.
Yet keep the things that last.

Get organize with everything!

My four year old son goes to Day-Care for a mother’s day out program. We put him there for the reason that he needs to learn to socialize and get use to being around with kids his age. He is our only child and it was very hard for him to interact with kids his age because he was home with me for a long time. Anyway, the other day, he lost his towel for his swimming lesson and it was good we have File folders for all his clothing and other stuffs that belongs to him like toys, books and other things. We were able to find the towel because we put his name and phone number in case he lost it. I labeled everything in my house and it made my life easier.

Putting labels in everything makes it easy to organize things. You can put
File folders in almost everything, from home, office, even your kids who go to school especially those in grade school, high school, college and even kindergarten. They can keep track of their belongings in case they couldn't find them. Surely it is a great help for every one who wants to keep track of everything and get organize.

Proudly made in the Philippines!

This is the beach/everyday tote I bought at Filipino Festival and I really like it! I used it when we went to church last Sunday and everything I bring to church fits in here. Isn't it pretty? Plus it is made from the Philipnes. I am also patronizing our own.

I can't live without it!

The Earth is the only planet where humans and all living things can live. It is created for us beautifully and it is up to us to maintain it and make it a nicer and better place to live. I am glad I am part of it and I will do my best to protect it from harm and danger. But what you going to do when it is destroyed? If you are to live on a different place or planet, what would you bring with you and why? I would bring my cell phone with me for this is the only way I can communicate with my families and friends literally; the only thing I will know they are safe and their whereabouts.

Speaking about planet,
Operation Immortality: Leave your mark. Save Humanity. is a new game where you can play online; and it is called: Tabula Rasa. In the game you have to help save the history of humanity’s greatest achievement, digitized human DNA, and personal message all over the world. I am not into video games, but when I tried playing it, I started to like it and now I can’t stop playing it with my son. It is fun and very exciting! If you are one of those who like playing video games, this is the one for you. You can play it free if you sign up now.
