This Life is a Test!

Growth and real happiness doesn't come from the absence of problems and trials. They come from solving, overcoming, and dealing with them.

I do believe on this quote! Indeed life is full of challenges, hardship and trials. Without them, how are going to know the opposite of it which is real happiness?

Every day we are face with life's challenges, big and small. How we would handle them is up to us! We can choose to ignore it and be miserable..or do something about it and be happy!

No matter how hard our trials would be, we can always ask help from the Almighty...and He will lighten our burdens. But, the thing is, we need to do our part also. It is to know that God is always and will always be there to support us....in times of trials and happiness. He will never leave us.

Mommy Moments: Yellow

This week's theme for MM is Yellow. Though am not a fan of yellow color, I find this color very nice on kids clothes , toys and more...and so I bought my son few clothes with yellow on it and here they are...

My Little Happy Helper...

I know, I know...this is a late post, but it is better late than never...beside it is still April! Anyway, here is my happy helper helping me decorate these Easter eggs:-)! He loves to help me in everything I do...and he is indeed a happy helper except carrying his stuffs. We decorated these eggs night before the Easter and then Daddy hid them at Ate Delia's backyard where Jake had found them.

Here he is, very proud of his finished products :-); thanks, son for helping Mommy; I love you!

Mommy Moments: Jake's Fave Shoes!

Here is my share for this week's Mommy Moments: Shoes!

This is Jake's latest favorite pair of shoes. It is sold at Wal-Mart... one of the "How to Train a Dragon" special promo stuffs.

This one is a second hand snickers I bought at yard sale a couple of years ago...his second fave.

His summer time sandal we bought at Nike store...he loves it, too!

And last but not the least...the skechers I bought a year ago when I went to the Philippines last year. I never thought that it would be expensive to buy shoes there than here. I bought this for $55 there...and found one...$15 cheaper here....bummer!
