Why I Love Blogging?

Well, at first I was hesitant to blog, but with my persistent friend, I was finally convinced to give it a try.. Now I am blogging because I like it. It makes me occupied, and gives me more friends all over the world. Now, I am also earning! This is amazing, don't you think?

I have been blogging for almost a year now and I am still enjoying it. I'll say, blogging awakens my sleeping and rusty mind. Thanks, Juliet for sharing the idea of blogging :-)!

Ring Tag

This interesting tag was given to me by Dhemz of My Life's Perception and Inspiration. Thanks, dear for including me again on the lists :-). You are so sweet and thoughtful for thinking of me every time. It took awhile for me to post this one because I can't do the finger illustration myself, have to ask my son do it for me. So, if these pictures don't look the way it should be, sorry. My son did his best and has been very patient with me! Thanks, my little buddy :-)!

Why should the wedding ring be worn on the fourth finger? There is a beautiful and convincing explanation given by the Chinese..... Thumb represents your Parents


Second (Index) finger represents your Siblings.
Middle finger represents your-Self.
Fourth (Ring) finger represents your Life Partner. & the.. .
Last (Little) finger represents your children.

Firstly, open your palms (face to face), bend the middle fingers and hold them together - back to back.
Secondly, open and hold the remaining three fingers and the thumb - tip to tip. (As shown in the figure below):

Take 2...
Now, try to separate your thumbs (representing the parents)..., they will open, because your parents are not destined to live with you lifelong, and have to leave you sooner or later. Please join your thumbs as before and separate your Index fingers (representing siblings)...., they will also open, because your brothers and sisters will have their own families and will have to lead their own separate lives.

Now join the Index fingers and separate your Little fingers (representing your children)...., they will open too, because the children also will get married and settle down on their own some day. Finally, join your Little fingers, and try to separate your Ring fingers (representing your spouse). A Perfect Blend of Friendship Award

What is a friend? You search on Google and you will find hundreds of different meaning of Friends, or Friendship. I don't have much friends around me, it's not because I am a stuck up, or picky. But because I find few that is pure hearted and true to their hearts.

Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart.

To handle yourself, use your head.. to handle others, use your heart.

There are some that will treat you as a friend because they want you to baby sit their kids so they can go out and drink with their friends. Some will say they are your friends so they can borrow money from you and not pay you back. Many will claim to be your friends, but then will talk bad about you in front of others. Some will only remember to call you when they need help or they want something.

I have few friends of my own love me for who and what I am. We share tears and laughter, pains and glory, and they know that I will do everything I can, to help them out when they are in need. They are friends through thick and thin and good bad times, too! They never talk behind my back when I am not present. We respect each other and we can be who we are without any judgment or being offended. These are what I called real true friends.

Okay, I changed my mind now, I thought everyone have this award already, since it has been circulating on the blogsphere for quite awhile now, but I was wrong, so, I am now sharing this award to the following goods friends I met on the blogsphere namely: Amy, Maria, Analee, Clarisaa, Ron, Payatot, Nancy, KittyKat, Hazel and WhiteShadow.

A very loving mother to her child and wife to her loving husband and good friend. Thanks for the tag and the thought, I really appreciate it a lot. The story of Queen Marie Antoinette is very impressive life of courage and is the epitome of real, fun, fearless woman who never been afraid of getting what she wants. She became Queen of France and Navarre.

Life is Grand ....According to Jacob!

My son, Jacob got tagged by Akesha of My Life's Perception and Inspirations. Thanks Akesha and Tita Dhemz for this one!

Life is Grand because...I have a loving, doting and devoted parents who take cares of me and all my needs :-).
Life is grand...because my grandparents here and in the Philippines loves me so much! I am the first grandchild on my Dad's side and the first grandson with my Lola and Lolo.

Life is Grand...because my Mom and Dad teaches me about God and how Heavenly Father and Jesus loves me, too!
Life is Grand...because I have foods to eat, bed to sleep on, toys to play with, clothes to cover my body and friends.
Life is grand...because I have wonderful family and cousin who are very fond of me :-) and love me even when we are thousand miles apart.

Six Weird Things About Me!

I got this tag from Malou and Rose :-) Thanks, Guys for remembering me again! I have hard time thinking about the weird things about me; but to tell you I really enjoyed it!

1.) I like buying make ups but hardly or never use them at all. Well, I used to put little make up on when I was still single, but don't do that anymore.

2.) I am scared with baby animals; I can't even hold or touch them, for instance, new born chicks, little bird, baby mouse/rat any living creature that are so little.

3.) When I was still in school I hate missing it not even a half day. I don't want to miss a lesson or something. I used to cry when my mother asks me not to go to school for a day or two. Even with my son now, I hate it when we have to pick him up at for his doctor or dentist appointments. I don't want him to miss school! My husband thinks I am weird!

4.) I like hanging around with old people than people my age. I think it is because they know a lot and have more experienced in life, wiser, approachable and sweet.

5.) I can still sleep even after I drink pop or soda containing caffeine.

6.) I am a very sentimental person when it comes to things that were given to me. I keep things for as long as I can. In fact I still used my 21 year old set of scriptures even though hubby already bought me new one.

Now, tell me. Am I weird or what? I would like to know the weird things about: Clarissa, Juliana, Juliet, Sweetiepie, Richard and NanayBelen :-)! Come on , guys let us be sport here...grab it and share us how weird you are!
