Give Something Healthy This Halloween!

Can you believe it? Halloween is just around the corner; it seems like yesterday when my son and I went trick or treating in the neighborhood and attended a Halloween Party where we had the trunk or treat at church. We are now excited for it. My son decided to be a Pirate this year and couldn’t wait to go trick or treating again. I am now thinking about candy my son's will get and candy I am going to give to the kids. I am pretty sure there are healthier alternative for unhealthy candies loaded with sugar.
