In tribute for us.... Mothers, Chris chose the theme: "Message to Mom" for this week's Mommy Moments. And here is my share: On Mother's Day, Jake woke me up in the morning with a hug and kiss, and this Snoopy card with his name written in it. I love the message already written inside.
