Mommy Moments: Newborn Days

mommy moments

I had a very difficult pregnancy as well as delivery. We lost our first baby girl (Ruth) to stillborn, and that was the hardest time of our lives. Believe it or not I am still mourning for her and I cry each time I remember her and every time I see a seven year old girl playing. Anyway, We are very grateful that despite of my health problems, God has blessed us with another bundle of joy. Here he is...Jacob, our wonderful baby who brought joys in our lives. He never cease to amaze us everyday. It was a difficult pregnancy and delivery for me...but it was worth the sacrifice.

It was the first time I saw my son...and when I called his name, he smiled at me.
He was born two months early that is why he stayed at NICU for a month just to gain weight. After nearly a month at NICU, he was finally allowed to see me in my room where I was recuperating after my c-section and a follow-up abdominal surgery due to infection.

I feel you ces, must be really hard and tough on your part recovering from your little angel Ruth. She is watching over you right now and guide you from heaven ces.

Anyway, you are very brave to handled all the hardships during pregnancy and delivery, aguy kung ako magsge nku pangaway, lisud jud siguro magbuntis sa imung situation, but you made it. Now look at your Jake he grows up to be one handsome ang good little guy.

Wow, ate Cecile, I can't imagine how hard it was for you and Matt during your pregnancy and delivery, after what happened to Ruth. But, I am so glad that with Jacob everything turned our great for you all. Iba kasi talaga ang nagagawa ng baby sa buhay natin, we will risk everything para sa kanila di ba? Si Dan, when he was born, I almost lost him, and when he was 2 months old, he had H-fever and almost died, had blood transfusion and all. Kaya I know what you feel. Blesses tayo for having our kids..
