Mommy Moments: Chore Time

Posted by Cecile at Thursday, November 26, 2009
This week's there for Mommy Moments hosted by Chris is Chore time and here is my entry.

mommy moments

"Train up your child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it." This what the bible tells us. I am glad that I grew up poor,; we don't have a helper in the house. I was trained to do chores at the very early age of six. At the age of seven, I can wash clothes, cook rice and clean the house. I am grateful for my parents who thought us responsibility at the very young age. Now, we want our son to do the same. Here are few of the photos I have taken when Jake did chores at home.

Here, Jake was raking leaves with Daddy...

...putting away his toys...

...and sweeping/vacuuming the floor.

Same here,Ate Ces!!I believe that kids should start to have chores at home even the most little things such as cleaning their own mess, etc so when they grow up they will be responsible.Great job,Jake!!

It's nice to teach our kids to be responsible because it will really help them when they grow up.
